ICD Code Update - Diagnosis with Active Episodes of Care

When activating an episode of care, you’ll now see a drop-down for ICD Codes.

Note: There’s also an “Others” option for free text — all existing clients will have that selected if they had a previously written ICD code on their file.

Selecting from the ICD Code List

1. Open Care Management Sessions
   Patient Chart > Program "i" icon You will see a list of sessions available in your clinic.
2. Click the "+" icon to Activate an episode of care.
   
3. Primary Diagnosis and Secondary Diagnosis
   The two diagnosis will either show two fields "Others (please specify)" with a free text field or a full length field. When clicking the full length field or "Others" a drop-down menu will appear.
   
   
   
4. Select or type in the diagnosis 
   
5. Visual display once typed out or selected
