How often do I need to link my Strive Activity Tracker with my clinic's app?

You only need to link your smart tracker to your clinic's app once. After that, your smart tracker will automatically connect to your clinic's app when you sync. 

If you choose to forget/unlink your smart tracker in your Settings. you will need to relink.
