Messaging your Coach

Sometimes you might need to contact your Clinic or Coach. So that's why we've built a feature right in the App to allow you to easily Message your Coach. 

Here's how:

1. Open the app and log in.

2. Select "Contact" from the app's Home screen in the bottom menu on the right.

3. Select the + button (top right).

 

4. Select your coach from the list.

5. Tap on Message at the bottom left then simply enter your message and send it.

You may review or reply an existing message thread from the Messages page in the app

NOTE: If your coach does not appear on your Messages, please check with your clinic to make sure you are correctly associated with that organization
