What does the Restfulness % mean in my Sleep Data Dashboard?

The Restfulness Percentage that is indicated in your clinic's dashboard displays general view of how much movement occurs while you are sleeping.

If you tend to shift, toss and turn, etc. while sleeping; your restfulness percentage will be lower.

Generally, any percentage of 90% indicates a fairly "restful" sleep.
