Tracking your calorie intake is important to help you reach your weight goals, eat right and stay healthy. It also aids coaches to keep you on track. In this article we show you how to add a meal, edit/remove and how to save/remove your meals to/from Favorites.
Adding a Meal
1. Open and log into the App.
2. Tap on View Meals OR press the "+" button at the bottom and select the Fork and Spoon icon.
3. Under View Meals, choose to add a meal to Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or a Snack.
4. Next, with SEARCH selected use the search box to find a food item or meal to log. Alternatively, you can use the barcode scanner.
You can also use the RECENT or FAVORITES tab to view and add food items you've added recently.

NOTE: If you can't find your item or wish to add a Custom Meal then we recommend you Create a Recipe.
5. Lastly, you can then review and fine-tune your Meal before you log it.
Use # OF SERVINGS and FRACTIONAL to adjust and match the consumed portion.
Editing and Removing Logged Meals
To edit a logged meal, tap on it and make the necessary adjustments.
To remove it, select "Delete".
Saving Meals to Favorites
You can save your favorite meals so it's more convenient to find them!
Here's how:
After adding a meal, tap on it and select "Add food to Favorites".
To remove an ingredient or recipe from Favorites, mark the box next to the ingredient you would like to remove and tap on "Remove Favorites"
