Adding Actions to a Sequence

Adding New Actions to a Sequence is important as it allows control over how the sequences are sent so let's go ahead and take a much closer in-depth look.

Step #1:

Start of by Creating a New Sequence or Editing a Sequence.

Step #2:

Next, pick the step to associate an action then Add Action.

Step #3:

You must then select the Action Type using the drop-down field.

• Email ~ (sends an email)
• Notification ~ (sends a push notification)
• Sms ~ (sends a text message)
• Phase and Label Enrollment ~ (assigns a phase or labels a patient)

**NOTE: selecting the ? will give a quick hint with more info about each of the action types**

Step #3:

Fill in the Header, Title, Subject and Message Text or set a Phase as needed. These can also be combined to allow Multiple Actions to be used at the same time.

Step #4:

Additionally, after choosing an action type it is possible to set it to another language with Translations.

 

 Step #5:

And if needed, these Actions can be removed at any time using the Trashcan Icon to the upper right.
