How to enable Audio & Camera Permissions

The Provider Dashboard supports calls from Clinics to Patients. But, before we can proceed on that it's important to realize you must first ensure Audio & Webcam Permissions are enabled.

GOOGLE CHROME

Enable/Block Audio & Webcam Permissions in Chrome:

1. Open your Google Chrome Browser.
2. Log into the Provider Dashboard.
3. When prompted, choose Allow and you're done.
4. If you aren't prompted continue Manually down below.

 Manually Enabling/Blocking Audio & Webcam Permissions in Chrome:

1. Open your Google Chrome Browser.
2. Log into the Provider Dashboard.
3. In Chrome's Address Bar right-click the lock icon to the left.
4. Select the Site Settings option.
5. Turn your Camera & Microphone to Allowed.
6. Reload the Provider Dashboard page.

FIREFOX

Enable/Block Audio & Webcam Permissions in Firefox:

1. Open your Firefox Browser.
2. Log into the Provider Dashboard.
3. Choose a Patient/Coach to Video/Audio Call.
4. When prompted, choose Allow and you're done.

 

EDGE

As of right now, Edge does not support Audio/Video Calling but, this will be added soon.

SAFARI

1. Open the Safari App on your Mac.
2. Log into the Provider Dashboard.
3. Go to Safari > Preferences, then click Websites.
4. For the Provider Dashboard Site specified choose Allow for both the Camera & Microphone.
